DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required 50% deposit.
Clients may reschedule or cancel free of charge with a minimum of 30 days' notice before the scheduled session date.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before the session, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
In case of severe weather, transportation disruptions, or force majeure circumstances, rescheduling options will be discussed where reasonably possible.
LATE SHOW UP
The booked session time begins at the agreed start time, regardless of the client's arrival time.
If a client arrives late, the session duration is shortened accordingly.
Extensions may be possible depending on availability and are charged according to the current pricing.
PLANNING AND DETAILS
The photographer provides photography services together with reasonable planning assistance related to the session. Location recommendations, routes, timelines, outfit guidance, proposal guidance, and other planning assistance are provided after the booking deposit has been received.
Services such as travel planning, itinerary curation, event coordination, transportation arrangements and other third-party services are outside the scope of the photography package.
WEATHER PREDICTIONS
Photography sessions that take place outdoors are subject to weather conditions.
Precisely, Switzerland's weather is highly variable and cannot be predicted with certainty weeks or months in advance. Any weather discussions prior to the session are based solely on publicly available forecasts.
The photographer cannot guarantee or predict specific weather conditions, visibility, mountain views, sunshine, cloud coverage, snowfall, rainfall, or temperatures.
Where possible, alternative locations, adjusted timing, or rescheduling options are discussed.
"BAD WEATHER"
Please note that weather conditions such as wind, overcast skies, light rain or short passing rain are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions will still take place under these conditions, as they are common and often unpredictable, especially in mountain areas.
A reschedule may only be considered in cases of severe weather conditions that make shooting impossible or unsafe (such as heavy continuous rain, storms, or dangerous conditions).
“Light rain” refers to short or mild rain that does not heavily soak clothing, damage outfits/equipment, or prevent the session from reasonably continuing.
In the event of severe weather conditions where the session cannot realistically take place, and if no mutually suitable reschedule date is available due to the photographer’s schedule, the deposit/payment will be refunded. This applies strictly to severe weather conditions only.
TIMING
The booked session duration includes all photography time and any movement between locations during the session.
Travel between agreed shooting spots counts as part of the booked session time.
Clients choosing multiple locations should be aware that additional travel may reduce the time available for actual photography.
The photographer will advise on realistic routes and timing based on the selected package.
PHOTO DELIVERY / TURNAROUND TIME
Estimated delivery times are listed within each package description.
Delivery times begin once the session has taken place and the final payment has been received.
Express editing may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. No individual images, previews, or partially edited galleries are delivered before the agreed delivery date unless specifically included in the package.
PAYMENT
Payments may be made via bank transfer, Revolut, Wise or other methods agreed in advance.
All prices are listed in the currency specified within the package.
The final gallery will not be delivered until the full balance has been paid.
RETOUCHING
The photographer's editing style is an integral part of the final product.
Standard retouching includes:
- Color correction
- Exposure adjustments
- Skin tone refinement
- Removal of temporary skin imperfections (acne, bruises, scratches, etc.)
Scars, birthmarks, tattoos, body shape, facial features, and other permanent characteristics are preserved unless otherwise agreed.
The photographer does not provide:
- Hairstyling corrections
- Clothing alterations
- Background replacements
- Removal of large crowds
- Face swaps
- Major digital manipulations
RAW FILES
RAW files are not delivered under any circumstances.
RAW files are unfinished working files that do not represent the photographer's final artistic product.
The final deliverables consist exclusively of professionally edited images selected and processed by the photographer.
Requests for RAW files, partially edited files, or Lightroom catalogs cannot be accommodated.
RESEARCH & RECOMMENDATIONS
Location recommendations are based on the photographer's personal experience and knowledge of the area. The photographer cannot guarantee crowd levels, parking availability, restaurant quality, public transport schedules, road conditions, opening hours, or other third-party factors that may change without notice.
